返品条件

CHICKSでご購入いただいた商品に破損があった、または誤配送等何らかの不備があった場合は、商品配送後７日以内であれば、無料でご返品いただけます。（セール品は除く）

※７日を過ぎてからのクレームはいかなる場合も対応できませんのでご注意ください。

お客様都合での商品の返品は承れません。あらかじめご了承ください。　また、発送後の商品の交換もお受けいたしかねます。

以下の条件に該当する場合は、ご購入商品の返品をお受けすることはできません。

• 商品が配送されてから８日以上経過している場合。

• 返品を希望される商品に使用感がみられ、未使用の状態でない場合。

• セール品をご購入された場合。

お届けした商品の使用に問題があった場合（返品を希望されない場合）は、CONTACTからご連絡ください。最善の解決策を見つけられるようお手伝いいたします。

Return Policy

Any item purchased from CHiCKs E-store may be returned free of charge within 7 days of delivery if it is damaged, misdirected or otherwise defective. Please note that any claims made after 7 days will not be dealt with in any way.

Please note we do not accept returns for customer reasons, or exchanges for any reason(color, size, etc.).

 

We are unable to accept the return of your purchase if any of the following conditions apply:

• If the item has been delivered more than 8 days.

• If the item shows any sign of use.

• If you have purchased a sale item.

仕入れ・生産国の基準による製作となるため、多少の擦れキズ・糊の付着・縫製の粗さ・色ムラ・などを見受けられる事があります。
着用に支障の無い事例での返品交換はお受けいたしかねます。

商品の返送方法

商品は、着用や使用による汚れの付着がない未使用の状態でご返品ください。配送時のパッケージに同梱されていたすべての商品タグ、ラベル、ボックス、付属品に不足がないかご確認ください。返品された商品の状態を確認後、ご購入時にご利用いただいたお客様のクレジットカードまたはご本人名義の銀行口座へ商品の代金分の返金処理を行います。

How to initiate a return or exchange

The item(s) must be returned in an unused condition (free from any stains caused by wear or use). Please check that all product tags, labels, boxes and accessories included in the delivery package are intact.

返金の時期

返送された商品の到着後、商品の状態を確認させていただいた後に、返品および返金手続きを行います。
返金は、購入時に使用したクレジットカードへ（またはご本人名義の銀行口座へ）商品の代金分の返金処理を行います。
返金が承認され次第、返金手続き完了のEメールをお送りいたします。

Refund period

Once we have received the returned item(s), we will check the condition before processing the return. After we have checked the condition of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the credit card you used to make the purchase. Once the refund has been approved, you will receive an email confirming that the refund has been processed.
